Filming & Photoshoot Policy

Commercial photography or videography in the public areas of The Meydan Hotel is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from hotel management. Our guests' experience is our top priority, and we enforce a strict policy against the unauthorised use of our facilities for professional or commercial photography or filming, including but not limited to engagement sessions, advertising campaigns, model or fashion shoots and other media productions.

Permitted Activities

Guests are welcome to take non-commercial photos or videos for personal use, provided no professional equipment (e.g. lighting, tripods, drones) is used and the privacy of other guests is respected. Professional photography or filming is only permitted with prior written approval from senior management and is subject to hotel occupancy, availability and content. Unauthorised professional photographers or videographers, especially non-guests without a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), will be asked to leave the premises.

Commercial or Special Occasion Shoots

Requests to use any area of the hotel for commercial photography, filming or special occasion/wedding photoshoots must be directed to the sales and marketing department. All photography and videography sessions are subject to applicable fees and must adhere to a strict schedule approved by hotel management.

Important: A minimum of seven days' written notice is required for any NOC requests at the property.
